Over the Advent season, First Church responded generously as we were invited to donate household items to IRIS in their work with refugee families. 

We have a follow up invitation to partner with IRIS, and other area churches, in the resettlement of a family who has recently fled from Afghanistan. 

Over the next few months, we’ll have the opportunity to work together toward this effort. Individuals may volunteer to serve on one of several teams that will facilitate this process. You may also support this effort through monetary donations directed toward our First Church, Good Samaritan Fund.
