Wethersfield’s annual winter celebration is fast approaching!  We are excited to connect and open wide the doors of First Church to our neighbors.  This year, Holidays on Main will take place on Thursday December 5th beginning at 5:00 pm and ending at 9:00 pm.  Last year, we served as a warming center, gave tours of our historic meetinghouse, handed out nearly three-hundred cups of hot chocolate, and invited families to come inside and make a Christmas craft.  The opportunities to connect and show hospitality were abundant. This year we are excited to show off Christmas trees that First Church Preschool and Sunday school families have decorated. Families chose their own theme for their tree. The only rule was to “be creative”.  We hope your family enjoys the exhibition as we welcome guests again this year.  There are plenty of opportunities to get involved.
