We are so excited to be bringing our youth up to Camp Berea for the Deep Freeze winter retreat this February! Below you will find all of the basic details you will need to know before registering your child.

What is Deep Freeze?

- Deep Freeze is a weekend retreat that aims to nurture students' faith and relationships through impactful messages, small group discussions, and times of worship. Camp Berea also boasts a wide range of fun activities that students will have the opportunity to participate in during free time throughout the weekend.

Who is Deep Freeze for?

- Deep Freeze is for 6th-12th graders and their ministry leaders and is run by the Camp Berea staff.

When is Deep Freeze?

- Deep Freeze will be from Friday, February 21st to Sunday February 23rd, 2025.

Where is Deep Freeze?

- Deep Freeze is hosted at and run by Camp Berea in Hebron, New Hampshire which is roughly three hours from First Church.

How will our students get to Deep Freeze?

- We will be carpooling both ways with the help of the legendary Ted Willard and his 12 seater! We will depart from First Church somewhere around 3:30 PM on Friday and return somewhere between 3-3:30 PM on Sunday.

How much does Deep Freeze cost?

- The cost is $250 per participant. Scholarships may be available!
