Carol recently joined the First Church Preschool staff! She has a Bachelors degrees in Sociology and Special Education, is Special Ed certified for preK-12 and has a Masters Degree in Special Ed.  Carol worked in a private school for special needs students for over 12 years, before choosing to be a stay-at-home Mom. She then taught Preschool in Wethersfield for 15 years where she discovered her true passion!  Carol is a mom to 3 adult sons and Grammy to 4 grandchildren whom she adores.  Carol and her husband, Jeff, love to go on walks, go kayaking, play golf (still learning), and be near the water whenever possible!   She loves spending time with her family and when relaxing enjoys reading and doing puzzles.  As a teacher, Carol's goal is to always recognize and nurture the individual strengths of each student.
